Goals:

Develop the capability of Funds, Pools and Integrating Organizations to meet their obligations as provided in the Law for Funds, with the use of the following actions, to:

a)   Complement administrative and operative expenses supporting their self management capability and raising the quality of the services offered to their members and affiliates.

b)   Complement training cost for Funds and Integrating Organizations. 

Target Population:

Funds and Integrating Organizations that meet the requirements established by the Grant Allocation Regulations.

Beneficiaries:

a)   Funds with insurance operations in good standing during the year of 2010.

b)   Integrating Organizations, duly registered before the Ministry, carrying out actions as provided in the Law for Funds.

Eligibility Requierement:

The following are the requirements that funds must meet in order to be part of the program:

a)   File an application as established in the Regulations;

b)   Prove its registration as established in the Law for Funds;

c)   Carry out activities in the agricultural or cattle farming sector;

d)   Their affiliation status is in good standing or they have a service providing contract with an Integrating Organization or any other entity as provided by the Law for Funds.

The following are the requirements that Integrating Organizations must meet in order to be part of the program:

a)   File an application as established in the Regulations;

b)   Be duly registered and operating, when filing the application, as provided by the Law for Funds.

c)   Follow up the operations of funds currently in operation;

d)   Prove, with the appropriate agreements, that the National Integrating Organization has given them the authority to follow up the operations of the funds.

Funds allocated for 2010: 50.0 million pesos
