AGROASEMEX is a national insurance organization with the mission of protecting the assets and productive capability of the rural sector. Our principal holder is the Federal Government and we are a public policy instrument belonging to a national system for risk administration for the comprehensive protection of the rural sector.

As a national insurance organization, AGROASEMEX provides reinsurance services for Mexican insurance organizations, mutual insurance corporations and fund insurance companies. As a development agency it furthers the involvement of private and social agents in the farming insurance market and, thanks to is experience as an insurance organization specialized in the farming sector, it engineers new insurance plans to extend coverage.
