AGROASEMEX, S.A. is part of three different tax programs developed by the Tax and Public Credit Ministry.  

• Subsidy Program for the Agricultural and Cattle Farming Insurance.- According to the internal operative regulations of the Program, its main goal is to extend the coverage of the agricultural and cattle farming insurance with the use of the following actions, to:

a) Support agricultural and cattle farmers by reducing the premiums of their agricultural and cattle farming insurance.

b) Further the participation of the social and private sector in the farming insurance market.

c) Promote the development and consolidation of prevention and protection mechanisms for all domestic farmers.

• Support Program for the Agricultural and Cattle Farming Insurance Funds.-According to the internal operative regulations of the Program, its main goal is to extend the capacity of all participating Funds and Organizations and help them fulfill their obligations as provided by the Law for Funds, with the use of the following actions, to:

a) Participate in their administrative and operative expenses with the purpose of improving their self management capabilities and the quality of the services rendered to their members and affiliates. 

b) Participate in the education of Participating Funds and Organizations

• Weather Emergency Insurance Program (Contingency and Self Insurance Fund).- According to the internal operative regulations of the Program, its main goal is to extend PACC coverage aimed to protect them from financial offsets due to the occurrence of weather emergencies impacting agricultural and cattle farming activities. The above is designed to strengthen the incorporation of a national risk management system with the purchase of a catastrophic insurance from SAGARPA, covering most of the farming and pasture lands.
